Vendor applications are open to organizations aligned with kettlebell sport, strength culture, and performance wellness, including:

All applications are reviewed for category balance, space limitations, and brand alignment.
How to Apply
Vendor participation is a structured approval process.
Step 1 — Review the Vendor Program Pricing & Partnership Guide
This document outlines:
• Booth pricing
• Partnership tiers
• Deliverables
• Venue logistics
• Participation requirements
• Vendor Code of Conduct
• Payment terms
Step 2 — Complete the Official Vendor Application (Google Form)
The application collects:
• Business information
• Product/service description
• Category details
• Licensing documentation (if applicable)
• Requested booth tier
• Sponsorship/partnership interest

• Acceptance confirmation
• Vendor Agreement
• Invoice (via PayPal)
• Next-step logistics information
Booth placement is secured upon contract execution and payment.

Standard Booth Size: 10’ x 10’
